Terms of use
Version 1Last updated 4 October 2026
These terms cover the axclip service at clippyapi.ax0rz0.xyz and the axclip app. Please read them with the privacy policy.
About these terms
The service and the software are run by ax0rz0 software, which is ax0rz0, an individual. When these terms say "we", that is who they mean. By asking for access, or by using the service, you agree to these terms.
Who can use it
- You must be 13 or older.
- You sign in with a Steam account, and you are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Access is by approval. Requests may be refused, and access may be suspended or withdrawn at any time.
Your content
You own the clips you upload. You give the service permission to store them, and to show and play them to people who have the link, for as long as the link lasts. That permission is only so the service can do its job.
You are responsible for your clips, and for having the right to share everything in them, including game footage, music, and other people's voices or details. You must not upload:
- anything illegal;
- sexual content involving minors, which will be removed and may be reported to the authorities;
- harassment or hate;
- malware;
- anything you do not have the right to share.
We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.
Links and storage
A link lasts between 1 and 30 days, which you choose. When it ends, the link stops working and the clip is deleted. There is no promise that the service will always be available, or that a clip will be kept for any length of time. Limits on file size, storage and daily uploads apply. Keep your own copy of anything you want to keep.
The software
The axclip app is proprietary software and all rights are reserved. You may use the official build for your own personal use. You must not copy it, change it, share it, reverse engineer it, or run your own copy of the service. The axclip watermark on clips must stay in place. The licence file that comes with the app has the full details.
No warranty and limits on liability
The service and the software are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, the owner is not liable for lost clips or for indirect loss. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under law that cannot be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.
Reporting a clip
If a clip breaks these terms, or you want one removed, send the clip link using the contact details below. We will look at it and remove it if it breaks the rules.
Changes
These terms have a version number and a date at the top. When they change, the version goes up and you will be asked to accept the new version before you next upload.
